I’m looking into shooting a project that uses a green screen. Here’s a green screen test shot on the Canon 5D Mark II. I should have taken a photo of the setup but wasn’t thinking that far ahead. Two lights lit my portable, fold-out green screen. When in Stills Only -> Exposure Simulation mode the camera will show a histogram. A narrow histogram means even lighting, so I used this to adjust the lighting. My model stood between the two lights and I lit her with a soft box. I could have spent a bit more time on the key, but overall the process was extremely fast and efficient. Enjoy!
